Ever said one of these? Anything similar? I have spoken to & trained 1000’s of recruitment agency owners and directors. Virtually every single one believes they are different. I would imagine you are thinking right now “but we are different”!
The truth is clients and candidates are getting desensitised to the noise. You must focus on creating a “system” that demonstrates you are unique. And it all starts with this……..
