Guess what?

I have been on the beautiful Boracay Island in the Philippines last week to spend time with my team. As you all know, we are huge advocates of having a Virtual Assistant Team.

You might think that it doesn’t work in the recruitment business. Everyone should be in the office.

Well, let me say something about that – that’s complete BS. That mindset exists because it has not been implemented in a fashion where it actually works.

There’s no system nor process – it’s not structured.

You wonder why one recruiter can identify a niche, create 3,200 leads and get 50+% response rate within 30 days while another recruiter could be working 60 hours a week, killing himself, cold calling or doing BS old school tactics, stressing out and taking it home? Why?

If you’re looking for the ability to scale your business, you need to be asking these questions:

1. Where am I now and where do I want to be? If I keep doing what I’m doing right now, what direction is this taking me?

2. What’s the actual output of where I’m going to be? Are things going to change? Yes or no?

3. Do I have the tools and the automation in place to scale the business?

Start thinking about your business. What’s your plan in the next 90 days?
