Most of recruitments start to die down in the month of December. They get into the mode of parties and then they say to themselves in New Year's Eve, one minute past midnight - "This is the year!"
And guess what happens? January the 15th, 20th, 25th.. motivation goes down and they get back to the same old dark days and the same crap happens.
Now December, for the savvy recruiter, is the most important month of the year and here's why:
We're going to focus on a set of problems that we're going to crush in the first 90 days next year. That's the first thing we want to do. Next, we're going to focus on how to create a plan that you can use for next year, 2017.
So what we're looking at is this - we want to make a couple of shifts the next year. Ideally, we want to make five shifts really quickly in the first 90 days next year.
