For this episode’s hot seat, our primary focus is around data and campaign. That’s the most important asset in your Recruitment / Search business.

It’s not the only thing you’re going to be doing in your business but it’s one of the first things you need to do in your business and something that will run your business every single day until the environment changes.

Essentially you’re told to act in a certain way and behave in a certain way and it’s the old school way of Recruitment. Now, what’s clever about that process? Nothing.

We don’t want to be the old school recruiters where we go and pick up the phone, send out crappy LinkedIn blasts, send out one hundred or a thousand or two thousand or five thousand and just blast on mail chimp and all that rubbish that Recruitment does.

We’re not about that. We’re about a process, we’ve got the data, and we’ve got the system.
We’re business owners, looking to create a business, we’re not inside the business.

Simple as it is. Go make it happen. Build the data set up and then we’re on target.
