The 2nd thing is, How do we get clarity on what is the most qualified candidate? That comes down to “What is the role?”. These are the specs that you have with clients or the relationship you have with clients.
The 3rd thing is, When you have all the total numbers. The next thing is you will have the total set of numbers of qualities that a client needs.
The 4th thing is, how do we get them, to get the role in front of them.
The most qualified candidates, that’s a process and that’s how you do it.
